The main object of hotel industry can be as follows.
1. To carry on the business of hotels, rest houses, guest houses,
holiday resorts, restaurants, coffee houses, recreation rooms, bars,
lodging-house keeping, inn owners and
holiday-hut business.
2. To carry on business of professional caterers, bakers,
confectioners, cooks, wine and beer merchants, ice cream vendors,
pastry shop owners, importers
and manufacturers of aerated minerals and artificial waters and such
other drinks.
The main object of educational institution can be as under.
1. To run educational institutions including but not limited to schools, academies, coaching classes, colleges, for imparting education to students in the field of science, commerce, arts, engineering,medical science and computer science, both in India and out side India.
