Dear Experts,
I have a query regarding buy back of shares.
A, an individual received a Notice from a company, which has given 'A' offer for buy back of its own shares.
The price quoted by the company is not up to 'A's expectation.
'A' wants to wait for the improved market condition and only then, wants to sell the shares.
If A is not responding to the Notice of the company, will there be any impact for 'A's holding ?
Experts may express their views with consequences for not responding to the buy back offer of the company.

If A does not respond to buyback offer nothing happens to his number of shares.But his percentage of holding in the company will go up after the co buysback and cancels some shares.This happens because the total number of shares reduces after buyback.
