18 May 2010 we are partners of partnership firm and i want to purchase a pvt.ltd.company.is it possible? if it is possible, then what is the procedure?

18 May 2010 Purchase of private limited company by partnership would not be possible. The partnership can alternatively takeover the running business of the private limited company without the share capital. Alternatively, the private limited company can be acquired by the partners in proportion to their existing rights in the partnership.
