ABC is an unregistered partnership firm functioning since 1995. Now the partners have decided to register the same.

Would the deed mention about the firm functioning since 1994 or would it be like forming a new firm altogether? What date would be the mentioned in the partnership deed and please provide a sample of such deed.

"A is the non resident shareholder of an indian company he transfer his share to another person namely B who is also a non resident" the company is not a listed company......

Questions: 1)what is the requirements that should be complied with?
2)whether indian transfer deed is to be executed?
3) what are various communication is to be made to the various authorities i.g. ROC, SEBI?
4) what are the steps for such transfer and is there is any provision india companies law?
5) what will be the various issues if B is the Resident?

What should be minimum gap between 2 buy back of equity shares if it is authorised by share holders in their meeting.
If limitation of 365 days is applicable then From which date 365 days is to be counted. From date of BOD meeting or from date of completion of buy back.

I have filed an E-Form 8 for creation of charge on behalf of my Private Limited Co. But the ROC asked to file Form67 Addendum. I have not filed this Form 67 the time to file this form is expired and the ROC made this Form 8 as invalid form according to regulation 17 of Company regulation 1956.I want to know what i should do in this situation. Whether there is any provision to get a chance to uplod this form 67 after the expiry of time
