The company is a running one though filing of annual returns, etc. were pending for past 7-8 years. The address in RoC record is not correct and many documents filed are not shown in MCA portal.Because of wrong address the company did not receive any notice,etc. from RoC.
How to proceed to e-file the back returns?If not possible, how to restore the Company?
Please advise.

Check the status of the company from the masterdata posted in mca website. If the status is shown "active" you can file the documents paying additional fee.
While filing the documents file it from the latest year viz., 2010, 2009, 2008 and so on.
If you encounter any problem you may contact ROC.

Hi,
As per my understanding, you have to first modify the master data of company and wait till the modified master data placed at website.
mean a while you may check the status of the comapny as already said by Expert Jayshreee.
Then after file the Annual filing forms with Roc starting from oldest one. since you may require data of previous year while filing the return of next following years.
