if there is 3 promoters in Form 1A and at the time of subscribing MOA/AOA one promoters
is steped out....now can only 2 subsriber can register the company.

In a X pvt ltd company, there are 3 directors of which 1 director, Mr.A is permanently residing in foreign country. In such cases, it has been difficult to obtain the regular disclosures as per section 299 of the Companies Act. Whether can the disclosure mentioned above be signed by any other person by giving a power of attorney??

Is a power valid for such purposes? Else what can be done. Kindly clarify.

Dear sir,
l had applied the din on first time and paid money by credit card. some father name mistake those din was rejected.
and theyu told me reapply the din. on same challan amount.

now l had reapply with correction so. l still thinking about to pay the payment bchallan or not . the old challan will work on it.

please suggest me to what l havew to do now.
