l had applied the din on first time and paid money by credit card. some father name mistake those din was rejected.
and theyu told me reapply the din. on same challan amount.

now l had reapply with correction so. l still thinking about to pay the payment bchallan or not . the old challan will work on it.

if we incorporate a private company and the subscriber are foreign nationals they write the full subscription page in there own handwriting and is it required that sheet should also get notariesd by Indian Embassy of the Country in which subscribers are residing

Ours is a closely held company with hardly 100 sharholders . Now some of the shareholders who are having small number of shares approched by group of sharholders to buy their share holdings . As the management do not know the intention ,we want to refuse transfer of shares . Is it correct ? or what is the remeady available to the management against such transfer ?

If a company is incorporated in Dec 2009, when should it have its first AGM and what is the maximum period within which it should close its accounts.

If the company still has not closed its accounts or had its AGM what is the recourse to the company?

At MCA site, when I e-file / upload any file, after 100 % uploading " your session expired " apperas. PL. advise.

As per Section-171 notice must be of 21 clear days and when notice is served through post, 48 hours period for postal transit is added to specified 21 clear days (Sec.-53).

My doubt is that whether we have have to deduct 24 hours (common between date of service and 48 hours of posting) from those 48 hours? When I was solving practical problems from practice manual provided by the institute I found different ways of calculating these days in two almost similar problems and answer differs.
