06 April 2011 Hi,

I am in a process of Drafting MOA and AOA, but not finding suitable objectives to carry out business for consumer products ranging from day to day to other consumables, cosmetics, cleaning products, soap, pooja items etc.

Can anybody please help me in this regard.

07 April 2011 To carry on the business of buyers,sellers,stockist,agent,distributors,commissioning agent,forwarding agent,brokers,traders,representatives and organizers of sales and marketing of all kinds of consumer products,including but not limited to,marketing of cosmetics,perfumes,scents,lavenders,pooja items,fertilizers,pesticides and insecticides, seeds and electrical equipments both in India and outside India.
