PLEASE TELL ME THE COMPANY CAN FILE FORM 17 NOW? IF NOT THEN WHAT STEP SHOULS HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE COMPANY????

THE COMPANY TAKES VARIOUS LOANS FROM VARIOUS BANKS FOR PURCHASE THE TAXIES, THESE LOANS HAD BEEN TAKEN IN YEAR 2002 AND LATER ON. I WANT TO KNOW THAT FOR SUCH TYPE OF LOANS, IS IT NECESSARY TO FILE FORM 8 WITH ROC???

IF YES THEN WHAT REMEDY WILL BE AVAILABLE WITH COMPANY TO AVOIDE CLB MATTER???
