A PVT. LTD. COMPANY TOOK A VEHICLE LOAN FOR PURCHASING BMW CAR FOR THE COMPANY. THEY FILE THE FORM 8 WITHIN LIME LIMIT. THIS LOAN IS SATISFIED ON DATED 09/02/2011.

PLEASE TELL ME THE COMPANY CAN FILE FORM 17 NOW? IF NOT THEN WHAT STEP SHOULS HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE COMPANY????

A PRIVATTE LIMITED COMPANY HAVING THE MAIN BUSINESS OF RUNNING AND GIVING & TAXIES ON HIRE. THE COMPANY TAKES VARIOUS LOANS FROM VARIOUS BANKS FOR PURCHASE THE TAXIES, THESE LOANS HAD BEEN TAKEN IN YEAR 2002 AND LATER ON. I WANT TO KNOW THAT FOR SUCH TYPE OF LOANS, IS IT NECESSARY TO FILE FORM 8 WITH ROC???

IF YES THEN WHAT REMEDY WILL BE AVAILABLE WITH COMPANY TO AVOIDE CLB MATTER???

Is it sufficient to get the signatures of directors on Attendance Register and only chairman sign at minutes??
