Whether signature of every director on each and every page of the minutes is required or not??
Is it sufficient to get the signatures of directors on Attendance Register and only chairman sign at minutes??

each page of minute shall be signed by chairman as well as last page shall be dated and signed by the chairman of board meeting

Agree with expert regarding minutes signing.
