I, Deepak Verma aged about 25 years, holder of DIN 03218701, residing at XII/257 Verma house, M.G.Road, Bangalore-560021, the undersigned having consented to act as Director of the company VERMA HOLDINGS Ltd pursuant to section 266(1)(a) of the companies Act,1956 certify that I have not been disqualified to act as a director under section 297 and / or 274 of the Companies Act,1956.
