29 November 2011 I submit form-1,18,32 for incorporation on "Diamond management consultants private limited" Name has been approved by ROC...but now ROC required below calarification..please answer ASAP...please tell me what shall be clarification

"As per system U99999MH2006PTC159650 DIAMOND MANAGEMENT & TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED Maharashtra 10-02-2006 Approved closely resemble (as per guideline No. 8(x)). Please clarify"

29 November 2011 Basically the Roc does not approve the name of your proposed Company beacause it closely resemble the existing one. so you have to file 1A for another name.

29 November 2011 Guideline 8(X) Different combination of the same words as this does not make a name
distinguishable from an existing name e.g if there is a company in existence by the
name of Builders and Contractors Limited the name Contractors and Builders
Limited should not be allowed.

as per stated provisions of guidelines i m not use combination of words.

can you tell what remedy for it can i claim refund of fees

30 November 2011 I do not understand how ROC could do this to you. Here am presuming that you have already got the name approved from ROC via filing of form 1A.

Without undue delay you should visit the ROC office with copy of Name approval letter to resolve this issue.

Definitely name is highly resembling but this should be checked by ROC while approving form 1A filed by you. Now at the point of filing form 1, 18, 32 what is the point of this clarification?
