PLEASE PROVIDE THE DRAFT OF MINUTES TO BE WRITTEN IN THE DIRECTOR MINUTES BOOK AND IF ANY, IN THE SHAREHOLDER PROCEEDING BOOK TILL THE THE DATE OF ALLOTTMENT AND REFUND OF BALANCE AMOUNT WHIC IS NOT ALLOTTED.
