Sir undr sec 87(2)(b) of the companies act 1956,it is said that cumulative pref share holders are entitled to attend n vote in a general meeting of a company if prf dvdnd is in arear for more than 2 years....so my qust is will they constitute the qouram in this meeting??

As there is amendment in union budget 2012 . If director's remunaration apart from salary is being paid, 10% deduction will be done on th said amount.
What difference basically its talking about.
Whatever remuneration we pay . consider as salary for I. Tax Act and deduct the tax according to slab rate.

A Company has not got its annual account audited for f.y. 2009-10 and now it has done audit for 2 years togeather f.y. 2009-10 and 2010-11.
and auditor is signing audit report on the same date for both of the years.
