03 April 2012 Sir undr sec 87(2)(b) of the companies act 1956,it is said that cumulative pref share holders are entitled to attend n vote in a general meeting of a company if prf dvdnd is in arear for more than 2 years....so my qust is will they constitute the qouram in this meeting??
