Dear Sir
Can you help me sending circular for change in listing agreement about declaration of Quaterly result for listed companies for Quater four about time limit in whcih we can declare the result and change in that as I heard now we have to declare audited result with in 60 days of closure of books as per sebi circular

Yes, It is required to intimate to STX that you will adopted audited or un-audited financial result as per clause 41. the intimation should be given within 30 days from the end of the financial year.

Yes, it is mandatory to declare audited result upto May 29, 2012 as per clause 41 of Listing Agreement.
