Apart from maintaianance of registers and minutes and filing of annual return, what are the other statutory compliances to be complied with by a private limited company.

As a Private Limited Company apart from minutes, SR and Annual Returns company needs to fulfill lots of provisions which may be applicable case to case basis.
e.g. if Paid up capital is above 10 Lakhs then STATUTORY COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE needs to file with MCA.
PF, ESI, Labpur registrations etc also applicable.
If foreign funding is there then FEMA rules needs to fulfill.
