03 April 2012 a co. has inc. in year 2007..but had not compiled any of the formality regarding roc...authorized capiat 5lac ..paid up 1 lac..co has further issued new shares bt have not filed form 2..bt shown in d books of accounts money recieved..co even wants to appoint new dir for d co. frm back date and remove 1 of d first dir..so now wat r d formalities for dis co. as per roc

03 April 2012 Please check company master data and
i) if the status shows 'dormant', please file e-form 61. On approval, status will be changed to 'active in progress' so that pending returns can be filed along with additional fee as prescribed in section 611(2) of the Co's Act,1956.
ii) if status shows ' active', please file all the pending documents by paying normal as well as additional filing fee.
