Pls confirm me,whether a CA in whole time practice can apply for his own co's registration and sign his all ROC forms filled in given process in the capacity of director of company or is not allowed to become a director of company when he is in practice.

Would like to know if Bonus share can be issued at a premium - ?

I believe it is no , because the very purpose of bonus issue is movement of reserves to Capital , however , issue of bonus share at premium will retain the premium in reserves account itself (thought there will be increase in the number of shares)

Also, Can Bonus shares be issued at Discount ? Would it make sense to have such an issue ??

Still,, is there any provision which states that Bonus cannot be made at a premium/Discount ?

Can a Company (Pvt. Ltd or Public Ltd.) take a loan by mortgage its Equity share Capital?

Please give me detailed answer.

From 22nd July onwerd, there will be levy fee for filing of form 23B, my query is, who is liable to such fee (ie. Statutory Auditor or Appointing Company)?

And if, Appointing Company delayed in intimating to the Auditor then, even Auditor will be liable to pay sucy fee?
