13 July 2012 Pls confirm me,whether a CA in whole time practice can apply for his own co's registration and sign his all ROC forms filled in given process in the capacity of director of company or is not allowed to become a director of company when he is in practice.

They can sign form as a capacity of director or applicant but at the same time he can not sign such forms as professional also. A Form can not be signed by same person in different position.
