Regularisation of additional director

Dear Experts,

In a limited company, there were two persons appointed as additional directors in the months December 2011 and April 2012. So may I know the procedure to get them regularise as director. There are two directors before in the company. both are executive directors, and its failing to comply the provision of minimum no. of directors in a limited co which is 3.

Please help me to rectify this mistake.

Revised schedule vi

Sir/Madam,
Is it compulsory to write off all preliminary expences in current year as per Revised schedule VI?
If YES then Can we treat Write off of preliminary exp. as an exceptional item in Profit & Loss Account as per Revised Schedule VI?

Dear sir, On the same day we send twice application for DIN for one individual and we also two DIN for the same individual from ROC. We wants to cancel one DIN which is not use in subsequent form like...form18, form 32 form 1A. So how we cancel the one DIN and
