What is the time limit for a private company to hold a board meeting from its incorporation? When should a company file File 23B Form with RoC for first Auditor?

For Compliance of the provisions of section 224 of the Companies Act, 1956, it is necessary to hold a first Board meeting with in one month from the date of its registration.

Yes, the first auditor may file Form-23B with in 30 days from the receipt of appointment letter from company.
