03 September 2012 company was incorporated in 1997since then it has not carried out its busuness. In the last year it has started carrying out its operations. The Status of the company is shown as name struck off. Now we have to revive the company.

what are the procedures required to revive the company. Please guide us

03 September 2012 File a pettion in High court u/s 560(6) of the Co's Act,1956. If a favourable order is received, e-file the annual return and financials from 1997-98 to 2011-12. Status will be chaged to 'active' in master data of MCA21.
