03 September 2012 Is it possible to file Form 1A(Name Availibility) without applying for DIN.

That is can a proposed subscriber to MOA & AOAA apply for Name Availibility based on his PAN wihtout applying for DIN

No, first you take the DIN of proposed director, the director details is required in Form-1A. DIN is required at the time of filing of Form-1A.

04 September 2012 Thank you....Further, is it possible to file Form 1A with only one director(DIN).

Other proposed directors have applied for PAn which will take some time.

Can we file Form 1A with one single DIN(Director)

No, minimum 2 directors DIN is required for Form-1A in case of private limited company.
