Further whether Pvt Ltd Auditor reuiress to intimate to roc or only in case of Public Ltd

I want to know that as per section 286 of Companies Act 1956 whether notice has to be sent to Director in abroad in his original address in India and also at the address outside India?Also state whether notice for meeting is required to sent to alternate director?

Whether a company have to take approval from shareholders if it want to make contribution in political party an amount exceeding the limit as specified in the section,that is 5% of the average net profit for last 3 financial years.
Provided the Co.is not a Govt. co or co. in existence for less than 3 financial years.

sir may u please explain me , that when there is prohibition on just invitation in case subscription of shares and debentures to general public , then why there is a complete prohibition of invitation as well as acceptance in case of deposits from general public in case of private companies ?

My company is foreign subsidiary Private Limited company. We had paid 2,34,960/- Rs to our director for providing project support consultancy. and same amount paid to a company in which this director is appointed as Director.

my query is, is this transaction is covered under section 314 of Companies Act, 1956 or section 301 of companies Act?y

If yes, then please provide me complete Procedure of concern section.

Can a Private Company Issue Equity Shares with no Voting Rights??
