19 July 2013 Whether First Auditor required to intimate to ROC as regards appointment as first auditor in Pvt Ltd Company.

Further whether Pvt Ltd Auditor reuiress to intimate to roc or only in case of Public Ltd

Whats the time limit to intimate & Fees

Yes, First Auditor is required to submit Form-23B, because his details will be submitted in Annual Filing of Form-23AC with SRN of Form-23B.

So, it is mandatory to submit Form-23B by first auditor.
