Whether First Auditor required to intimate to ROC as regards appointment as first auditor in Pvt Ltd Company.

Yes, First Auditor is required to submit Form-23B, because his details will be submitted in Annual Filing of Form-23AC with SRN of Form-23B.
So, it is mandatory to submit Form-23B by first auditor.
