After getting form 1A Approved for change of name of a company ..How long do we need to wait for filing form 1B. Can we start using the approved name just after geeting form 1A approved.

In the process of filing DIN-4, on entering the PAN number(which is unregistered in the DIN database),an error is displayed as
"APPLICANT NAME IS NOT MATCHING WITH THE PAN DATABASE"

1) high court order for amalgamation is recd and form 21 is also approved by roc .but still the masterdata for authorised capital is not combined /corrected ?

pls suggest what is the procedure.
