25 July 2013 I WANT RESOLUTION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF PRACTICING COMPANY SECRETARY BY REMOVING THE EXISTING PCS.

ALSO WANT A NOC REQUISITION LETTER FORMAT.

“RESOLVED THAT M/s Shayam Kumar & Associates, Company Secretary in Practice having registration number 06792, be and are hereby appointed as the PCS of the Company to hold office from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014 on such remuneration as may be determined by the Board of Directors in consultation with the PCS.”
