24 July 2013 I left my company after working there for 6 years , I have gratuity balance with the company.Is my gratuity taxable and is there anything which I need to do on leaving the company , any formality with regards to gratuity or pf .plz reply soon ,.

24 July 2013 One of my Whole Time Director has complete his term of 3 years. Now the Company wants to appoint him as a director on Salary.Since my com[any is Private what would be the procedure.
1) For Completion of Service as WTD
2)For reappointment as Director on salary at 2.5 lacs approx.

You pass a Board resolution and change the position of director. After doing this file Form-32 with ROC, for change in position of Director, with in 30 days from such changes.


The provision of section 269 is not applicable to private limited company, so you are free to appoint or change WTD.
