for how many days company shall close its books in respect of dividend

I joined a new Company which is a private limited but having capital of 15 crores.Please suggest that wheher the Company will have all the liabilties same as the Limited Company because it has such high paid up capital or will enjoy the privilege of Private Company?

I need help from seniors for bonus issue of shares, object change of listed company by postal ballot. Please provide required formats without giving any company name.

Can co. give loan to anyone(Directors/others)
or can it accept loan from anyone?

Dear Members,

Whether the unlisted public limited company borrow unsecured loans from private limited companies.Some of these may be related parties while few other unrelated.

Does it attracts non compliance under section 58A? In case yes how to rectify this default.

if the public limited company already accepted the deposits from public (individual) (deposits taken on 05.07.13) for the period of three months and has not filed statement in lieu of advertisement before acceptance of deposit, Can i file the same now, after acceptance of deposits or is this amounts to non compliance?

The Board of Directors of a Private Ltd Co appointed a Whole Time Director directly (who was not an existing director) for a period of 2 years. Please clarify

i. whether the WTD needs to be re-appointed as Director (to continue as WTD)
