First of all check,that balance sheet is signed by company secretary or not.
Because, your secretory is appointed as on 03.06.2011 and audited Balance sheet is is adopted in August 2011, so name of the secretary should be mentioned.

One more thing, the CS is required to sign the balance sheet.
