Are they joint holders or nominees of share.

I had resubmitted form-1 for incorporation of company on 30th August 2013. Now the status shown at MCA Portal is HELD IN ABEYANCE. What does it mean and how long it will take to approve the form.

I have a urgent query . If anyone can please help me with this .

A person is a MD in ABC pvt ltd co and receiving remuneration of 1.5 lakhs .

He is a director in other XYZ pvt ltd co. Now the XYZ wants to give him the same remuneration of 1.5 lakhs .

Now what is the procedure ? can the director get the remuneration ?

The Applicant has filled Form 1A for name Arroval & intimation received form MCA the name was Approved. But Applicant have mentioned Gujarat State.but he mentioned Dadara Nage Haveli.
