02 September 2013 I had resubmitted form-1 for incorporation of company on 30th August 2013. Now the status shown at MCA Portal is HELD IN ABEYANCE. What does it mean and how long it will take to approve the form.

Please suggest me.

02 September 2013 it means still its working progress and u need to wait for min 25-30days else u call up on helpline desk number on MCA.

02 September 2013 I will suggest you to visit concern ROC, their is some point which are required to be clarified at your end or at their own department end.

02 September 2013 Name allotment is 'stopped for the time being'for the reasons best known to the ROC for which personal visit to the said office is required.

Please note that this is not a case of 'work in progress' or to seek clarification from 'the applicant'. In the former case, while checking 'view transaction status' MCA will clearly say 'work-in- progrss' and in the latter the word'resubmission' will be displayed.
