Old provisions applicable for incorporation of producer co.n all other provisions as no mention about the same in new Act?

If Company has taken LOANS & ADVANCES from its related party, Do we need to mention the same in AOC 2 or only the disclosure in Notes to Accounts is fine ?? coz as per my understanding Loans & Advances are not covered under RPT

I wanted to increase my authorised capital from 10,00,000 to 25,00,000 how much fees i need to pay in ROC and or do i need to pay any stamp duty. Can you please clarify query as i have checked somewhere it's showing i need to pay 30,000 and other source stating 81,000. So can you please guide me with it.

If a Pvt. Ltd Co.having only two directors only and no other shareholders. So in that case, if this co. want to change its name , then Is it possible for directors, if yes then how ? Please tell me the total detail procedure for the same. This is very important for me to the procedure.

I have two queries
1) Wile attaching list of allotees in PAS-3, complete list of all shareholders to be attached or only those whom we allotted securites .Ex i have 10 shareholders and now i am making allotment to 3 new shareholders via right issue. ??
2) One of the Allotee is NRI, do ineed to attch Valuation Certificate since i am issuing securities on premium ??
