I want to register a company with a particular name. There are already a few companies with similar names operating.
However there is no trademark present for the name.
Can i First Register a trademark for company name and then incorporate it with same name?
If Not is there any other possibe way.

No..registering the Trademark will not help you to register a company.
You have to add words in your name in such a way that it will be different from existing names.
