Can anyone explain me the status of Nominee director in a company..executive or non-executive?

Can a Nominee Director sign the e-forms or letter or certificate for the company?

can a Nominee Director be appointed as Executive Director of the company?

i want to incorporate a new company in which my wife will be the first dieecor as well as subcriber i applied for getting the din no of my wife but it was rejected on account of fathers name is not matched with the id proof which was attached with the application.i attached the passport copy as a id proof and residence proof.as we know that the fathers name is mentioned in the residence address proof page and i dont any more proof in which fathers name is mentioned after marriage my name is attached as last name so can u help me how to get the din no when no proof of father name is available.

Can you pls confirm,My client wants to register a company in name of "XyzHelp Pvt ltd."

whether use of word "HELP" in "XyzHelp pvt.Ltd." allowed to form a company with share capital.

So will ROC allow the above proposed co. to get registered with share capital in the name proposed above. IT will be a marketing company.

I mean will the inclusion of word "HELP" hit the provision of sec 25. As the proposed company(xyzhelp pvt ltd.)will have profit motive and will not be co. u/s 25.

So pls confirm and let me know.

I have a Pvt Ltd company, which was registered in 2004 with registered capital of 5 Lakhs, and paid-up capital of 1 lakhs. As per MCA records, date of my last balance sheet is 31/03/2006. Now, I have got DIN approved, and I am willing to make records up-to-date.

Can you please tell me how much I need to pay (total) as penalty for late return filing with ROC.

Please note that while conversion of my company from Private to Public we appointed the Director Finance as the Executive Director and sub category as Director instead of Whole time director by defaut in my Form 32. How to rectify the error.
