i want to know that as DIN 4 has to be certified by a PCS but there is a option to certify DIN 4 also by a CS in full time employment of a co in which the applicant who is filing DIN 4 is a director...


i want to know if a person is director as well as a CS in full time employment of a same co then whether he can certify DIN 4 for himself or in that case certication should be done by PCS ???

pls guide in this ASAP......




and one more thing how to know whether a particular director has filed his DIN 4 for intimation of PAN ? is there is any way out to know that ??? pls reply ASAP

as per section 283(3),a private company can add any additional grounds for the vacation of the director.
1.now my query is whether the company can add any additional grounds for the same ?.

2.for following the additional ground,they have to follow the procedure as mentioned in section 284 of the companies act 1956.?

in pvt co. two members with equal share holding and both are director and no any other directors are.
one director cum shareholder is not comming in the co. from 6 months intentationlly without any notice given to the co.and curently not traceable. due to such acts by this director, another director is in the problem that how to run the co.

what should do by such director?

procedure for normalisation of a company status in master data and also sent a format of application to the ROC.

I have duly filled up a DIN-1 of Mr.A today.
'Check form' and form level 'prescrutiny' were done successfully.
While uploading a message displayed as follows.
"Some prescrutiny validation failed. Pl upload again after correcting error"
But "track payment status" shows fee paid vide SRN B....... dated 05/09/2011.
DIN not obtained and staus of DIN in the note of GAR-7 shows as follows:-
" the DIN null having status as provisional has been allotted to null".
Kly help me to obtain the DIN in the above situation.
