06 September 2011 I want to change the registered office of a pvt ltd co from Kolkata to Maharashtra. What is the procedure for the above? How to file the petition with company law board? What are the different forms to be filed with the roc. Please explain the procedures step by step. Waiting for the reply. Thanks in advance.

06 September 2011 When u going to File.,bcoz

as per MCA Circular No: 50 dated on 25.07.2011 no need to file the Form under CLB bcoz the Powers delegated to RoC.,but the Process implemented to 24.09.2011.

so no CLB only RoC.,
