Now if the stampduty is being paid online today 12th may alongwith filing eform 1,2,18.... then what should be date on suscribers page of MOA and AOA mentioned before attaching pdf format to eform 1
Can moa aoa be dated 12th may or any date before 12th may or it should be necessarily be 13th may after estamping ??

Now members want to form the same as section 25 company. object of the association is to colled annual fees from members and utilise the same for their training and development.
I have checked the named availability on mca website and the same is available.
