TO BUY-BACK AT RS. /- PER EQUITY SHARE
up to NO OF SHARE fully paid up Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 each representing 25% of the total paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company as of N th January, 2012, being the date of Extra-ordinary General Meeting approving the buy back, in accordance with the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1999 and the rules made there under.
