14 May 2012 i want to apply online form 1a - for name availability of company but it shows only pdf format. kindly tell me how to apply online for form 1a - also tell me can i apply physically or it is mandatory to apply online? send me link

14 May 2012 You cannot apply offline. you have to download that pdf form, fill the same and attach the DSC.

upload the form in mca portal.
