help needed...........Mr. X is the director of a non-listed public limited co. & now he is to be appointed as MD. Now, please tell me :
(A)The required forms to be filed( I have heard about Form No. 32 & 25C)? The order of those forms to be filed alongwith the time limits?

(B) What amount of salary can be withdrawn by Mr. X, such details are required to be filled in Form 25C?

I m lending money to my friend for stock trading.

In return i want 50% share in profit earned as interest on amount i have provided.

he is ready for this and for legal documentations.

Can sm1 tell is there any legal complication in this.

there is association of insurance agents called as "LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS ASSOCIATION". It is not registered under any act.

Now members want to form the same as section 25 company. object of the association is to colled annual fees from members and utilise the same for their training and development.

I have checked the named availability on mca website and the same is available.

Can i apply for the name as "LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS ASSOCIATION PRIVATE LIMITED" ?

XYZ pvt ltd purchase a machine on 1/12/2012. as per Co's Act,1956 the depreciation is @ 100% . How to charges depreciation
1 Full depreciation on 100 % cost of machine
or
2 Depreciation @ 100 % on cost of machine for mumber days used i.e 91 days from 1/12/2012 to 31/03/2012.

If M.D. of a Pvt. Ltd. Co. becomes CMD,will it be necessary to file any Return with the RoC? Category in Form 32 does not include CMD but inter-alia include Chairman.Please advice.
