Is there any clause making mandatory for public limited companies to disclose the salaries of executives, whose salaries are higher than any specified limit. Please advice.

I have running partnership business, now i want to convert this business into pvt. ltd. co. - is it possible.
if yes, I have to submit only DIN-1 form or any other documents required ?

Is it mandatory for the private limited company to have a internal auditor?

If so what are all the criteria to be fulfilled.

A partnership firm can not become a shareholder/member of a company because it is not a legal person.
then if partnership firm is registered then can it becomes a member of a company?
