Change in designation of m.d.

If M.D. of a Pvt. Ltd. Co. becomes CMD,will it be necessary to file any Return with the RoC? Category in Form 32 does not include CMD but inter-alia include Chairman.Please advice.

Hi
There is no need to file Form-32 because he is already a managing director. I will suggest you to use CMD as approved by Board on all place in place of MD. But it will be done after board approval.
