Dear Expert,
If at the time of filing of Form-1A, only two persons are shown as first subscribers and at the time of filing of F-1, can we show 4 persons as first subscriber of the company.
Please reply ASAP along with relevant provisions and case law.

Hi
Yes, you can add and attache a NOC from all promoters that they have no objection from entering other promoters and such NOC will be signed by only two subscriber of Form-1A.
