On receiving of Special Notice from one of our shareholder for not to re-appoint the existing auditor. subsequently, the existing auditor has not audited the accounts for March, 2012.

My query is, can we lay down UN-audited accounts in Annual General Meeting for the year ending on March, 2012 and pass a resolution for not to re-appointing the existing auditor pursuant to special notice received from a shareholder of the company and appoint a new auditor thereon.

by mistake a form of mca (form 8) is wrongly submitted two times at mca online and payment also made and transaction is also approved,
what to do for rectification because of form 8 is registration of charge and a amount is registered twice in name of company due to double sumission...
please suggest as soon as possible..

Dear Friends,

A pvt limited company remove the auditor before expiry of term. It has applied for approval from regional director, MCA. But case is still pending even after 10 days with regional director. MCA portal is showing the status " pending for action".

I want to know, how many days allowed to Regional director to dispose off the approval cases ?

MCA has extended the date for filling of forms 23AC and 23ACA upto 15th October 2012 without late fees.
Will anyone please tell me when MCA will issue revised 23AC and 23ACA.Its going to be september end now.
