One of our client asked me this question, The Question is - Can we use the name INDIA in our product name like "INDIAN AQUA"? I said 'No', (After observing some products name), plz help me in this regard. Thanks in Advance

21 September 2012 If he needs the registration, he has to be carefull in selecting such name. A small timer may use such names but definitely not a BRAND name seller.
