I want to incorpotate pvt co. n thorough MCA21 site i have make payment n file required Documnets etc. plz let me know for filing such documents i have to create id at my own name or co name which's gonna regisetred plz advice

Please obtain DINS and Digital Signatures of the propsed directors and then get the Digital Signatures of atleast one of the directors uploaded and registered with the McA site.Thereafter ,you can file the Returns with the MCA.However,if they are already having DINs/DSC,then,the said requirement will not be necessary. With that they can file the Returns provided the DSC are registered with the McA.Alternatively, you can file them through a PcA/PcS/PwA.
