I have registered a LLP having capital Rs. 1,00,000. Now I have to submit the LLP Agreement. Can anyone say that Stamp Paper of how much amount needed?

22 September 2012 There is no specific rule mentioned in llp rules relating to Stamps for Agreement.

22 September 2012 If Capital is 100000 and partner is more than 2 then you need Rs. 200 stamp for Agreement.

22 September 2012 Stamp duty on LLP agreement is governed by the respective stamp duty law of the state in which it is to be executed. The stamp duty on LLP agreement is not separately provided under any stamp law at the moment, it is regarded as the same payable on a partnership deed.
