What enables EY to do business in India? Is it some type of Consulting agreement.

1. can i become partner with CA and can b individual proprietor?
2. through which i can get bank audits?
3. if i discontinue my partnership and what about my proprietor firm, does i need to register agian or shall i get my olf proprietor firm no. from the start date?
4. which one is benificial, being proprietor or being partner?
5. within how many days i can become partner after getting my individual proprietorship firm..is there any time limit to enter in partnership?
